Who are these courses for?

Building teams and communities can help any group who work and learn together. On team building courses, everyone is encouraged to take part in a wide variety of land and/or water based challenges which can be unusual and are certainly fun!

Whether your group is from a primary or secondary school, a community group or a larger organisation, we will design programmes with activities to suit your group's needs, which will take account of the ages and abilities of all participants.

• become more motivated and understand the value of perseverance;
• think clearly in the face of challenge - assessing risks and making informed choices;
• communicate more clearly - listen, empathise and recognise the views of others;

Whether you would like a short half-day course or an overnight visit, Low Port Centre is a unique location, with activities taking place in and around the Centre and Linlithgow Loch. Where appropriate, we can even bring activities to your location.
